Hot Stone Massage
We offer 2 types of hot stone massage:
The first type is infrared hot stone massage. A heated stone which emits far infrared heat gloriously penetrates tight, sore muscles. Very therapeutic and if you like heat, this is for you! Click here for more info on benefits of infrared heat.

The second type is traditional hot stone massage. Smooth basalt rocks are heated and placed on strategic locations on the body to induce muscle relaxation. Hot stones are then used to massage the body into a state of pure bliss!

Craniosacral therapy
CST is a gentle hands-on approach to wellness which increases body awareness and the mind/body connection. The craniosacral system is like the body's main electrical conduit so it's important to keep a clear path for this flow to be unrestricted.
Excellent for many conditions on the physical level such as headaches, TMJ dysfunction, back pain and trauma that is stored in the tissues.
